About the role
Are you passionate about technical training and safety in mining? We are looking for a Technical Trainer to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will deliver technical training on the installation, operation and maintenance of A&R's full range of safety systems, including Collision Avoidance (CAS), Pedestrian Detection (PDS), Missing Person Locators (MPL), Railbound Safety and Lamproom Management Systems.
You will facilitate both theory and hands-on sessions, ensuring our clients and internal teams are fully equipped to apply these systems effectively in both underground and surface mining environments.
As a trainer, you will gain deep, cross-functional knowledge across all A&R systems, far beyond the scope of a technician focused on a single component. This is a role that sharpens your technical expertise while building your professional credibility as a qualified trainer.
You will be training across multiple sites, including at our brand-new, fully equipped Training Centre, designed to simulate real-world mining environments and showcase every A&R system in operation.
We will also invest in your growth: successful candidates will be supported in obtaining official Assessor, Moderator and Facilitator qualifications, making you a fully certified technical trainer.
