We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and drive growth in our high-tech product and service offerings throughout South Africa and other African countries.
Minimum requirements
- National Diploma: engineering-related (preferred)
- Sales and marketing qualification (advantageous)
- Minimum of two years' prior experience in business development, sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A good understanding of the high-tech industry and its trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding the client base
- Present and demonstrate our high-tech solutions to potential clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
