About this role
Are you passionate about technical training and safety in mining? We’re looking for a Technical Trainer to join our fast-growing team! In this role, you will deliver impactful technical training on the installation, operation, and maintenance of A&R’s full range of safety systems, including Collision Avoidance (CAS), Pedestrian Detection (PDS), Missing Person Locators (MPL), Railbound Safety, and Lamproom Management Systems. You’ll facilitate both theory and hands-on sessions, ensuring our clients and internal teams are fully equipped to apply these systems effectively in both underground and surface mining environments.
As a trainer, you’ll gain deep, cross-functional knowledge across all A&Rs systems—far beyond the scope of a technician focused on a single component. This is a role that sharpens your technical expertise while building your professional credibility as a qualified trainer.
All training takes place at our brand-new, fully equipped Training Centre, designed to simulate real-world mining environments and showcase every A&R system in operation.
We will also invest in your growth—successful candidates will be supported in obtaining official Assessor, Moderator, and Facilitator qualifications, making you a fully certified technical trainer.
